As the nation begins to prepare for the impending "Elder Boom", improved health outcomes, lower healthcare costs and greater quality of life will become the key issues facing American seniors and their caregivers.
To address these growing concerns, The Alliance for Advancing Senior Health™ was launched in August 2007. Comprised of organizations that have a vested interest in advancing senior health care to improve outcomes, this group is currently establishing a unique value-based initiative The American System for Advancing Senior Health™ (ASASH™) - a comprehensive outreach effort to forward the Alliance mission.
